Wow! Your hair looks great right now and I really like the colour. Id say dont change the colour at all, maybe you could lighten it maybe one or two shades but then Id say no farther than that. The new style you picked out is nice but I think itd compliment your hair even more if you got thinner bangs and not so heavily set in the middle of your face since it wouldnt flatter you face shape. I think thinned out bangs slightly swept to the side a bit would look perfect on you!

I like the cut and colour but you are a tiny bit paler than the model so maybe you could go with some highlights or not so dark.
