as to who he is can you still get a non drivers liscense and what do u need to get one? we were trying to get birth certificate but u need ssn card and lisence what type of id can u get with no prove?

You need to contact the your local Social Security office is what I think.

Why does he keep his social security card on him for.....stupid. Thats what a safety deposit box is for. Only carry your SS card when you need it like getting a new job, opening a new bank account, etc every other time it should be in the bank locked up. He brought this upon himself.
