cheddar cheese, condensed milk, and chocolate grilled sandwich--in my native country, we have this street food that's exactly that: two slices of thick french toast bread, grilled over coals, filled with cheddar cheese and chocolate sprinkles. When the "sandwich" is done, it is cut up in bite sizes, served on a plate drizzled with condensed milk. Yum!
another one: pork sung-and-jelly sandwich.

When I was little, we raised our own cattle and of course, had our own beef. My grandpa taught me to eat either raw meatloaf on crackers or to take a chunk of raw hamburger, sprinkle it with seasoning salt, and eat it between 2 crackers. That was sooooooo good. I wouldn't dream of doing it with grocery store meat, so I haven't had it in years.
