I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. The eliptical machine burns the most calories over treadmill or bike. A 145-lb person burns about 300 calories in 30 minutes. But there are a lot of factors involved to do it right...marked some articles below. Hope they help!

It doesn't matter what work out you do. The thing you want to do is burn more calories than you eat. If you do this, regardless of whether you run, walk fast, shadow box, or climb rocks, you will lose weight. It won't happen in just one day, but if you burn more calories than you eat, and you do it every day for a month or more, you will lose weight, no matter what you do for exercise.

Running work for me, but remember that if you are not awfully overweight it may take you longer to actually see a diference. You see obese people all the time telling great stories about hundreds of pounds lost, but average people really have to work even harder to notice a change. Also reduce fatty foods that is the first step.

Running. It's like 750 calories an hour at a fast pace.
