Whenever we talk, he either never really looks me in the eye, and acts kind of shy, or stares deep into my eyes like I am the most important thing in the world. Good possibility he likes me? Should I try and hang out or go to eat or something?

Hi, I'm sure you've heard that workplace relationships often end in disaster. Happened to me... we were just too cutesy at work and I ended up getting fired before my 3 months probationary period was up :P Ah, memories lol.
Anyways, it does sound like he likes you. Just take it slow and enjoy the flirtation. No need to get serious.. maybe grab lunch together on your break, etc. see if he gives any more signs. Get to know him better. Good luck.

The best thing to do is ask how he feels about you, instead of wondering indefinitely, and maybe never knowing. Maybe he is shy, so don't take a chance and miss an opportunity that you may regret later on.

I am shy and socially awkward person. I rarely make eye contact with people. When I do, it's because I have to remind myself that I should so I end up looking into peoples' eyes and looking as interested as I can so as not to make them think I hate them, because I really don't.
From my perspective, good possibility.

hey i think that you should definetly work something out.if it doesn't work out like that you can always just remain friends.but how are you supposed to get anywhere with him if you don't take the first step forward. they say it doesn't ever hurt to try.so go for it ask him out.

My gut tells me that he really likes you an thinks you are real pretty, like out o his league. He is intimidated by you. Try and befriend him and go for it.
