i want to loose 25 kg in three months..........i know its unhealthy to loose so much weight in such a short period but i m ready to take risk. My philosphy is nthng is impossible. for the past 1 week i m taking salad and one aaple a day and runs 45 minutes. what else i could do to loose weight. plzz advice.

You are eating too little so your body is going into starvation mode and attempting to hold onto any weight it can. You need to increase the calories you eat in a day, but eat it in tiny meals more often. Eat a small meal when you wake up and then eat a small meal every 2 to 3 hours through the day. Eating increases your metabolism and causes your body to burn fat more efficently.

There is a problem if you are only eating salads. Your body requires protein. If it doesn't get protein, it starts consuming the muscle from your body. Muscle tissue burns fat to get energy. So, in order to burn fat, you need to have muscle tissue. So make sure that you are eating a little bit of protein at every meal. Mix up a little bit of tuna salad and just toss a spoonful of that in each salad and it will help.

Again, remember that eating frequenty through the day improves your body's ability to burn fat.
