Yes and Yes. Have you never had a prayer answered? I have had many answered, sometimes I forget to thank God for answering them but most of the time he will Give me a clear answer. It may take longer than I would like but they do get answered.

Reasonable or not, Yes.
Definately.
But like anything else, there is a process that works, and a bunch of processes that don't.
It's important to begin with an appreciation of who God is, and use statements that enhance your own knowledge of how what you are praying for is possible, is proper for you, that God is glad to give it, that God knows before you ask, that God, knowing before you ask has probably begun to send the thing before you began to pray, how your life is even now receiving this thing (or whatever), how much you love God and are thankful not only for the object of your prayer but for your life, for all life everywhere, for God's actions (etc, whatever you can think of that you are genuinely thankful for), and that you understand that all of this is in Gods hands, now and always, and so there's no need for you worry about it or think about it anymore, because you trust God.

Yes to God and maybe to the reasonable prayers. It doesn't matter if they're reasonable, God will give you what you need, not what you want.

God definately answers all prayers that are in line with his will but unless you are acquained with what his will is, you might not even realize it. It is important to pray all prayers through Jesus Christ as he is the only mediator between God and man.

It depends on how hard you try. I have a shirt that says "The actions of one are more powerful than the prayers of millions". Honestly, no, there is no god. Read "Misquoting Jesus", "The End of Fatih", and "Letter to a Christian Nation", that should help you make up your mind.
