cause I went to docter and told him all this I was having and he said I had fluid in my ears but he never mentioned if that was causeing all thease problems?

A common cause for these types of symptoms is sinusitis which is infected or inflamed sinuses. Sinusitis can cause face pain, bad taste, and drainage, stuffy nose and ears. Fluid in the ears can be caused as an indirect result of a sinus infection when swelling blocks the eustachian tubes, or the sinus infection spreads to the ears. Often, sinus infections are caused by viruses, so antibioptics don't help in those cases. A couple things help clear up symptoms: expectorants like Mucinex, decongestant like sudafed, anithistamines, and anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen or alleve. Here's a good source of info:

Yes, and it can also cause really bad neck pain.

Perhaps you also have an infection, please go to see another doctor, obviously the first one wasn't worth his papers
