they seem good. Chocolate's a difficult element once you're melting it; i stumbled in this out many years in the past at the same time as i determined that making fudge appeared person-friendly...boy replaced into I incorrect. relying on the moisture content cloth of the chocolate you're utilizing may result how straight away it melts and how gooey it receives. in case you practice dinner it too lengthy, you ultimately end up with a mess that under no circumstances hardens and is like peanut butter. Cooking too lengthy makes it difficult and brittle. you basically ought to attempt with diverse temps and diverse goodies. possibly stir in some marshmallow creme or mini marshmallows; that'll upload moisture and a creamier consistency. i'd ask you to deliver me some, yet that they'd bypass undesirable on the holiday over right here. good success!

Double seal them with Plastic Wrap and Tupperware, at least that is what I would do. As well as place them on a couple of papertowels in the bottom of the container. You don't want to remove the moisture from the fruit, but you don't want to allow condensation to form and soften the chocolate. Good luck !

if you cover them tightly and place them in the fridge you should have no problem. But if you keep them out the strawberries may not look as well in the morning

Put them in the fridge for sure and when you get to work put them back in the fridge. These are best when served cold.

Refrigerate them - the chocolate coating should be hard.
