"dubious" is an incorrect word to use here. You are trying to say "Don't be shy about your ability, but try not to be proud."

As far as grammatical errors go you should have the word “you” instead of the letter “u”. You left off the punctuation at the end. The "I" in "If" should be capitalized, and the whole thing is a little trippy and hard to follow. Also, “dubious” is not a good choice for this kind of statement.

Why not try, “Don't be doubtful of your ability, but neither should you be arrogant. If you are you will fail.”

Don't be dubious about your ability, but try not to be proud.
(reworded, as it seemed you were grasping for words.)
Do not doubt you ability or succomb to pride. [arrogance is a good synonym]

if so, u fail
(huh? if is always followed by then within the sentence after the comma)
Should you doubt your ability and/or succomb to pride, you will fail.
or
If you do exactly that, then you will fail.

No never ever feel proudness.
(corrected for punctuation, wording and whatever proudness is)
No, you should never exhibit pride.

thanks for your advise
(corrected for punctuation, capitalization and fragment)
I thank you for your advice.

I'm no intellectual giant, but I'll give it a try. 1st sentence, double negative .2nd sentence, fragmented. 3rd sentence double negative. I'm not sure what "proundness" means. 4th sentence, none that I can see.
