Well, legally it's not a crime - but morally it's kinda "ewww." But, since it is your 4th cousin you have little to no blood relation, but it's pretty questionable and kinda gross when you think about dating a family member - whether they are your 4th cousin or 10th cousin...

Technically yes, 3rd cousin or higher is concidered safe because you are so far removed that there is very little blood relation any more. At 4th you are 1/16th blood relation, not really much to speak of.

I don't think so. I almost did it when I went to my mother home town in Mexico. I also did not know but luckily we found out right before. it suck to because she was really hot and we were really into each other. sometimes I wish I did it though. I know that gross.
