Satan is the father of the lie and the anti-christ is anyone or anything that is against Christ including Satan.

Satan is a fallen angel. The anti-christ spoken of in Revelation is a human who is under the control of Satan in the last days.
But also, the apostle John spoke of the spirit of anti-christ being in the world already. He meant that the feeling of wanting to rebel, and turn away, and pull others away from Jesus, is already in the world.
You need only to read this forum for while to see that the spirit of anti-christ is strong in the world.
