We believe in God if we are not spiritually blind. A little girl who used to go to church was playing outside her house when a neighbour who is an atheist remarked. "He little girl, can you show me where God is?" The little girl was a little puzzled and pointing her hand to the sky, the trees, the birds, butterflies and flowers around, she replied: "Mister, can you how me where God is not?"
Psalm 19:1-3
1 The heavens declare the glory of God;
And the firmament shows His handiwork.
2 Day unto day utters speech,
And night unto night reveals knowledge.
3 There is no speech nor language
Where their voice is not heard.

There was an engineer who waited for a long time for a son.
He prepared miniature railway tracks, complete with locomotive,
wagons, and everything which resembles a real railway and which run on electricity. Finally after waiting for a long time the son was born. But he later died of cancer. The sun never knew his father. But everytime he plays with the miniature train and other toys that his daddy made for him, he can feel the love of his father, and his amazing skill and inteligent.
And so is it with us. If we are not spiritually blind, we can see His handy works all around us, and we can read His love letter to us.

Because when I hated Him most He loved me most.
He changed my life in an instant.
I was depressed. He filled me with joy.
I was hateful, He taught me to love.
I was a liar, now I speak the truth.
I was a thief - now I am an honest man.
I was stingy and selfish - now I love to give.
I was hopeless - now I know I have eternal life.
I was fearful - I'm not afraid anymore
I was a drunkard - now I am free with no desire for alcohol
I abused drugs - now I have peace without the props
I have been born again - it happened before I knew it was possible.
I am constantly aware of the presence and favor of God in my life.
My life was changed 36 years ago - by the power in the name of Jesus.
He is the true and living God, and no man comes to God the Father except through Him.

I don't know about you or anyone else, but the reason I believe in God is because, believe it or not, it actually makes sense to me.

Because: At some time in our lives, we crave to believe in a protective God; one who will help us, and, hopefully, ever so hopefully, allow us to escape the "D" word; help us escape the consequences of death, and go to Heaven.

If there was no God then we all wouldn't be here today. God makes all things possible. God is our creator.
