If you love someone, tell him. A real man has no problem saying it if he feels it.
If someone runs away in horror, they are playing you and at least you'll know, before you put too much time and energy into a dead end relationship.

I think you should tell if you love someone. If you don't tell, they will never know. But... make sure they don't like anyone else just in case! Life is only so short! You may not get a chance to tell. That sounds kinda cheesy, but who cares. I think you should tell! good luck! ;)
