After drinking, take 2 otc aspirin, or 3, and drink a 32 oz. glass of water. If it's too late, then get a rocks glass with four dashes of Angastora Bitters and tonic water with a little ice, have about two or three of those. If you are hard core, then a bowl of Menudo, with a couple of red beers, (with or without salt). Good luck.

I drink lots of beer pretty much every single day a 12 pack or more but I also drink lots of water and don't drink sodas. I virtually never get hangovers 95% of the time. So I'll go along with the lots of water technique.

As stated, avoiding dehydration is the key! Drink plenty of water (but be careful, believe it or not...you can overdose on water!) To make a rehydration solution, mix 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of baking soda and 3 TB of sugar in a quart of water.
Finally, I'd avoid taking acetaminophen (Tylenol). When combined with excessive alcohol, it can increase the risk of liver damage.

The best cure don't drink or drink in moderation.
Some symptoms of hangover can be treated. Dehydration - re hydration. Shakiness - might be due to hypoglycemia so a little sugar like orange juice may help. Anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen may help more and are probably safer to take than acetaminophen (Tylenol).
The bottom line is prevention is better than cure. AKA if you are gonna play your gonna pay.

Drink water or Gatorade. The "hangover" is caused by a mild dehydration. Or you can drink water add a teaspoon or 2 of sugar while drinking alcohol and avoid the hangover altogether.

Drink a lot of water in the morning after, and if you like soup, that'll help too. Top it up with a nice long bath. (Bath, not a shower).

that stuff doesn't really work-- just drink lots of water before going to bed to avoid dehydration.
