Super easy cheese cake that is a hit where ever I go.
1 package softened cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice (more or less to taste)
1 graham cracker shell
whip cream cheese until fluffy, add milk and whip, add lemon juice and mix well. Pour into pie crust and chill. Top with fruit of choice.

Fruit pizza. This is easy and i swear everyone will love it. Take premade sugar cookie dough flatten it on a square cookie sheet. bake it until it is done but not to hard. mix 1pk cream cheese with 1 big tub of cool whip & about 1/4 cup of sugar. After the cookies cools put the "frosting:" on it the slice up your favorite fruits and its done. it is sooooo good and always goes over great.Try to make it color full strawberries , blueberries , pineapple tidbits just have fun with it.

i make this nice dessert all it is is plain choc bikkies or honey snaps dipped in baileys irish cream then wedged together with whipped cream to make a log. i put a little baileys in the cream and then sprinkle with a broken up flake when finished. put in fridge over night for bikkies too soften. cut on the angle to get the layered affect. YUMMO
