is it wrong to go on a 2 dates with a girl and on her birthday get her something nice is that to soon
my gift is a rose and a cd filled with classic rnb and a card is that to soon if i give it to her will it make me look desperate

not too soon and since it is for her birthday that gives you an excuse. Sounds very nice and romantic.

Nothing wrong man. You gift sounds like it is perfect for your situation. Its only been a few days so it is good that it is not a really expensive or elaborate gift. It would look desperate if you buy something really expensive or go all out.

that sounds like a good sized gift for after 2 dates. just remember that if you spend too much on it too soon (in this case more than $70 would be way too much) you make yourself look desperate but it sounds like you spent about $20 ish so that wont make you look desperate

I think that sounds very nice, granted of course that the music on the CD isn't too forward and agressive -- you don't want to give her the wrong idea. Otherwise, I think it's very sweet.
