My neighbour goes to weight watchers and has had a lot of success with that... That might be an option or Jenny Craig perhaps... Outside of that, keep up your walking, if you can find time to fit other stuff in, go for it...Get a pilates dvd and do it when you get time 2-3 times a week, only takes 30 minutes to do a quick one... I did pilates dvd before when I tried out the Atkins diet and it worked for me...helped me get more tone and lose inches...
Ummm as for stretch marks, I'm not sure what helps, I have them and would love to get rid of them as well. Though I have heard that vitamin E and coco butter I think it is, helps...I don't know how true that is though.
Good luck and contrats on the birth of your son :)

Hey there, stretch marks can arise from weight attain OR speedy weight reduction. Chances are for those who drop extra pounds in a healthful, sluggish process, no longer handiest will you will have an less difficult time retaining it off, I are not able to see them getting worse. There are a few well merchandise in the market at the moment for lightening stretch marks if they're nonetheless pink/crimson. Look within the lotion/moisterizer aisle at your pharmacy. I had extreme stretch marks after I grew to be rather in poor health as younger teenager and misplaced plenty of weight very swiftly. I was once fortunate adequate to peer a dermatologist while it was once everywhere who prescribed me a diet A acid cream. It is as a rule prescribed for wrinkles, however it lightened mine up a ton! If you will have the economic method, and the over the counters dont paintings, its consistently an alternative. Best of good fortune, and please drop extra pounds sensibly! Cheers

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Get the book "Body for Life" by Bill Phillips, also has a web site with same name www.bodyforlife.com workouts take less than an hour each day , eat regular foods, I lost 40 pounds in 12 weeks and have kept it off. Everyone has an hour a day to be healthy, and I did all my workouts at home no gym. If you really want something you'll find the time and a way to do it, there are no magic pills to be healthy just plain exercise and a sound diet.

cut out sugar, starch, and don't eat within 3 hours of bedtime which requires LOTS of self discipline. If that's too much to do, then try a diet pill that curbs your appetite. Don't buy the ones from Wal-Mart. The best ones come from the health food stores, such as Nutrition Depot. Try Lipo-6 or RedLine
