As first you should correct the spelling.
You've written the world as it sounds but in Italian is "UFFA" and it means " ooh, oof, phew ".-
A few examples:
Uffa, come sei noioso!, ooh, you're such a bore!
Uffa, che caldo!, phew, how hot it is!
Uffa,come rompe quel bambino ! oof, what a bore that child is!
