a normal temp. is about 98.6 so 99 - 99.5 is a little high but I'm guessing that's not all that bad if its only at nights. My temp runs about 96 all the time so you should be okay.

That is not normal. On average, the body is at it's highest temperature in the early afternoon because it's release of cortisol (a hormone) is the highest at that time

Are you having trouble sleeping? Because people sleep best at lower temperatures, that's why the body is at it's lowest temperature between 3-5am. There is medication that can help regulate your cortisol level.

Keep in mind that this can all be related to stress, so try to relax!

It's not ultra-common, but it happens. Your immune system is repairing your skin (the body's first defense)... so it may not have had enough energy to heal and protect you from a minor cold at the same time... If you're getting over a cold it's not uncommon to relapse. Relax and take it easy for the next couple of days. Lots of O.J. You'll be fine. :)

For how long...? Next regualr visit, just ask...If you aren't experiencing anything extreme, I wouldn't worry. Some do go higher and lower...If it's only at night, maybe the room you are in is too cold? If you start to feel bad, or get infections should go to doctor.

some people run a higher temp all the time, what is normal for me may not be normal for you. if you don't feel bad or have an infection or any other symptoms then i wouldn't worry

you could have a mild infection like a sinus infection or cat scratch or something. if you don't want to see a doctor(suggested that you do) try drinking LOTS of cranberry juice and taking vitamin C. it turns your blood acidic and will kill most mild infections
