I lift a lot but i want some of my veins to pop out so i look stronger, do i just have to lift more and they eventually come?

You have to first lose as much fat as possible to get the ripped effect. Secondly the veins you're talking about are poped out due to overstrained efforts. Do reps until you can't curl anymore you'll see them appear in no time! I have to mention that this is actually not a good thing for the body and in competitions you actually loose points when you get those! I admit it looks cool in some kinda way!

seriously honey us women think that looks gross. It is really a sign of being unhealthy, when this happens you have lost too much body fat and your body is over stressed.
