i use spyhunter 2.8 to scan virus but it only detect virus ,not scan successfully .i used kaspersky,bitdefender but every way is ineffective
please help me!

Try using Spyware doctor or spysweeper...if these two do not work try AD- AWARE SE personal can be downloaded from here http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html

Thats a good question... IS that a virus? Look it up on the Norton AntiVirus Website. Google It. Find out information on this trojan. hoax viruses exist.
