Sit them down, let them know you love them and you need them.

Depends on the type of relationship that u have with ur parents, if u guys have an open relationship then u should be able to talk about anything. If not but this is a problem that u want ur parents to know about try different approaches. Maybe write them a letter.

Let them know you need to talk to them and set up an appointment if necessary, so they know it's important. Ask them to hear you out, and if they need to leave the room for a bit so they don't yell or overreact, tell them that's okay. Parents like to be asked for help, and they want to know what you are doing to find a solution, so "Mom, Dad, I have something I need to talk to you about. Is now a good time? This is what's going on, and I need your help finding a solution. This is what I'm doing; do you have any suggestions?" might work.
Good luck.

It depends on certain things. How old are you? Do you live at home? What is the problem? Have your parents been good listeners to you in the past. More information is needed to give good sound advice.

BE HONEST ---Even if you might get into trouble like getting grounded OH well at least the persons that love you most can help you here----Its better to let them know now than to wait and have the problem get worse--Kids always think that parents wont understand--but remember --THEY TOO were kids once too---and they do understand and are here to help--

Get your parents together and tell them you have a problem and you need their advice or help. Be honest and up front with them.
If it is something that might make them mad,be patient and understanding,it's normal.
Sorry, there isn't any way to make it easier.

why parents? arent we here to solve the problem?
anywayz, the factor is what kind of problem it is. and that will help u judging better. maybe u have a good-frnd, a good uncle or aunt, neighbour etc etc.
the only prob with parents is that ur image falls if u share with them. they will keep on bugging u. thats it!

depends on the problem and the parents.
Do you need someone else there as support? Or do you think you can handle it.
Just tell them. If they are good parents then there is no problem.

Just tell them you have a problem and you want to talk to them about it. If they love you and care about you they will be more than willing to listen. Too often kids (especially teenagers) refuse to talk to their parents about problems and end up getting in trouble. They will be proud of you for wanting to talk to them about it and should welcome the chance.

Be very honest and as open as possible.
Also you've known about the problem longer than they have so don't expect them to be on board right away.

find a time when you can talk to them alone and tell them you want to talk to them...they are human beings after all and on top of that they love and care about you. be honest and respectful as they deserve it but get your point across
