The only reference there in Genesis for "sons of god" were referring to fallen angels, not typical human men.

The reference you are using is probably in Genesis 6:2 and is referring to how the sons of God were marrying the daughters of men. That was actually a reference to how the believers in God were marrying outside the faith. In other words, they were marrying non-believers (daughters of men). That is why it is referred to in that way. It would have been nice if they had also referred to how the women were marrying outside the faith, but apparently it was a commentary on how the men were just looking for a pretty face and not as concerned about the spiritual worthiness of the women, whereas the women were doing a better job of waiting for someone who believed in God. So perhaps things have not changed much since Bible times.

Cause' the bible was written by man and on top of that, back in the day women were merely used as baby makers and pretty much nothing else. Because most of the bible happened in middle eastern countries and women aren't allowed to do anything unless their husbands or fathers allow it. If they did anything without the permission of a man that was basicly breaking the law and depending on what they did could be punishable by the loss of a limb or (possibly if bad enough) death.

I can't remember the scriptures or anything so you would need to go back to when God created man, the Heavens, and the Earth. It says, from what I remember, that men are the sons and Eve was created from a rib of Adam so she would be a companion to Adam. So, I think that might have something to do with it.

Sons of God are angelic beings, all souls are sons of God.
(FOS) page 844. the sons of God (sons of Elohiym). This is the Hebrew idiomatic expression for angels. In every place where the expression occurs, angelic beings are to be understood.
Then in this earth age or flesh age, after Satan's rebellion there are women. Souls can placed in the flesh born innocent through the womb with no memory of the rebellion, to choose God or Satan, to choose life or death.
Choose life !!

Because the bible was written by men who think of women as subordinate (lower class...less than) men. Now do you see how this "religion" thing is all a bunch of BS on a holy scale?

Most who study the Bible do not see the term "sons of God" as being humans, it seems to refer to angels.

No one is quite sure about the "Sons of God" part.
Some say it was the Giants who lived in the Earth. Some thing God has sons. Some think they are Angels or Fallen Angels. Some think they are good, other think they evil.
