There really is no reason to clear your stomach, the only thing it does is breaks up the food to be digested and absorbed by your intestines. And since it's only the size of your fist, your stomach doesn't really make you fat.

I suggest cleaning your colon. This you can do with simple procedures (usually found in organic grocery stores-those are the best for you). If you are unusually ill, it's good to do it every other month, but if you just want to be healthy, every six months is the best way to go.

Holy men in India clean their stomachs but the process is vile. You need a three metre strip of muslin. You wet the muslin and then swallow the whole piece obviously keeping hold of the end at your mouth. You then very gently pull it back out. Personally I wouldn't recommend it at all and think it is unnecessary. I would go along with some of the other advisers and say do a full colon cleanse. The product I would suggest is http://www.drnatura-eu.com/log.php I have just tried this product myself and it is fab.

The stomach lining replaces itself about every 7 days. You may choose to consume yogurt which assists with balancing ( I don't know a better word here ) various stomach processes, not to mention having some good nutritional value. Some people use green tea, others use apple cider ( not juice ). But of course if you eat all the right stuff ( who does that?) then you don't need to worry.

You don't need to "cleanse" your stomach. You've bought into an old wives tale. Just make cardio-vascular exercise a habit, eat healthy, take vit supllements, and your body will keep regenerating and get rid of everything it doesn't need.

you'll be surprised: if you have that daily recommended 5 fruits a day and do your excercises: "stomach problems a go."

you'll get none, zip, zilch, nada.

unless you have tape worm or something, you can't diet or excercise away a tape worm: you just have to wait for it to hang out so you can pull the rest of it out and it doesn't come out easy: tape worms struggle to hold your innards and many times they're still alive when you're pulling them out... so eat your 5 fruits a day but be careful that the fruits aren't home to a 'little friend' or that they aren't already being eaten by something else other than yourself!
