People do not catch roundworms or tapeworms by cuddling or sleeping with a dog (unless it poops the bed, and probably not even then).
The tapeworms are caught by ingesting a flea that is hosting them. I doubt you'll do this.
People can get roundworms by ingesting the eggs. You could do this by carelessly handling infected feces or the soil on which the feces have been, without washing your hands afterward.
So go ahead and cuddle.

If you are seeing them then it is tapeworms that she has. Its can take several weeks before she has passed all the segments. It doesn't mean the dewormer isn't working. It kills the worm but she still has to pass it out of her system. If they aren't gone after about three to four weeks then she may need another treatment.

cuddle yes ,sleep no ,unless the dog never goes outside and gets washed everyday.
