Hey where are you located? Go to a salsa place or poetry reading or a after dinner place where you can chat have coffee and eat a slice of cake (I know a place in Atl. it called Cafe intermezzo maybe you can research it and see if there is a place in your area like that)

Dinner. Go to a movie. Go sledding or have a snowball fight (if there is snow). I'm sure you can find plenty of things near you.
