Yes

And they are also as dangerous as teddy bears, monopoly game sets, and go fish card decks. ;-)

The Ouija has never proved to be of any real value. But it can bring fear into its players when the odd unenlightened spirit drifts in through the doorway you unexpectedly open.

The many different tarot decks available will all portray symbolic imagery which must then pass through your psychic senses and, given the context of the questions asked, bring forth a tarot card meaning that significantly answers your question.

I am a professional psychic and always have at least 4 different decks on the go at any one time. When a deck get’s a bit too well worn I buy a new deck (often from eBay). I prefer to work with as new a deck of cards as possible so the shuffle and deal smoothly and quickly. I usually sell my old decks on eBay too. Here’s a live RSS feed for Tarot Decks on eBay at the moment. http://feeds.feedburner.com//TarotDeck

You can use this four minute video as a brief meditation on the tarot that, repeatedly viewed, will help you learn how to read tarot cards psychically. http://www.psychic-junkie.com/tarotvision.html

Tarot is fine - just a guiding light / helping hand to our subconscious / our intuition / our protective guides / our Angels (I love my Angel cards). The only scary thing about Tarot is how accurate it can be! Ouija boards are a different story. Use with caution and be ware. Adele H is quite correct, spirits can attach themselves to you - I'm not sure about the Devil as such, it's more likely to be a spirit that wanted to appear like the Devil to scare her. Only experienced people should use ouija boards, and even then, be wary! I would never use a ouija board, but use Tarot regularly.

The idea of ouija boards is that you are contacting spirits (demons). You would be opening the door for Satan's attack.

Tarot cards sound less dangerous at first - just a game with different cards meaning different things. Yet most attempts to teach people to do tarot readings begin by encouraging you to get in touch with your "inner spirit guide." Basically, you're asking to be possessed. Again, opening the door for Satan.

The Bible tells us not to practice divination. God is the source of all knowledge and power. You don't need tarot cards or ouija boards - just Jesus. Stay away from things that might give Satan a foothold.

No! I deal Tarot but would not touch an ouija board.

Oh, use both of them to the best of your intention. If anyone thinks that there's this dude named "devil" or something behind it, they are lying to you to get them to believe you and they also try to get you to fear that which you are alrady curious about. Go ahead and get a tarot reading by a professional. and get some friends together and have fun with (as well as learn from) the Ouija board!

It depends on your religious leanings. If you are christian, your bible says to stay away from both. If you are of the occult beliefs they both can be positive insturments to contacting guides, spirits, etc. Though from personal experience with both, ouiha boards freak me out and I won't have one in my house. Tarot cards on the other hand aren't "as dangerous". lol. Good luck

Neither are dangerous. Both are time-wasters - they don't work. The dead are not hanging around waiting for you to use a piece of cardboard to talk to them, and you can't predict the future. If you could, then it would be set, and there would be no point in trying to change it, right?

I would say so because after my mom starting to get good at tarot card readings strange things started to happen in our house. She ultimately burned them because stuff was getting out of control.

Stay away from all such things!!
