If it's love, it never wears off. If it's just excitement, give it about a month or two.

By Euphoric, I assume you are referring to the exciting and new feeling. This depends on the couple, but usually 6 months is the end of that phase. You can revive it for short periods of time, but the truth of the matter is that if that is the only time you really enjoyed his company, then its probably time to move on.
The next phase is much more important. When you get into the comfortable rhythm portion of the relationship, this is where the real strength of your relationship is born. If he bores you, then it wasn't meant to be. Best of luck to you both.

I can't help you on that! My wife Joy, still makes me giddy as if it was our first date. She still excites me, even over the phone. And we talk everyday (at least once) and I am traveling throughout the country almost every day. We never get tired of being together and we never go to bed mad! Almost 25 years and counting.

For males 6 mo to one year, two years if you are really lucky. For most females 1 year to 2 years. For me ... forever... I must really be an odd duck.
