It's not my place or anyone's place to tell anyone they are going to hell. We dont know what the state of their heart and soul are. Only God knows and only God can judge. Each of choose our own path to where we will spend eternity. The choice is ours

This is a type of judgement that a Christian should not make.
We are to judge righteous judgement but never pronounce someone's eternal fate. This is God's Prerogative,His call alone.

Yes you would be judging others and no one has that right to condemn anyone to hell but God and you are not God.

WE Do not take the liberty to say such a thing of our own authority. We merely tell them what the scriptures say about those who reject the Gift of Salvation through Faith in Jesus Christ. That's entirely different.

Yes, that is judgment reserved for God to make and their judgment of others goes directly against the teachings of the One they claim to follow.

Yes and no one can no who is or isn't. we certainly can't even know about ourselves, We can try to live a proper life, but you are right, judging that of another is wrong, non-scriptural and contrary to what God teaches us

You must accept Christ to avoid hell. Otherwise there are no guarantees.
