I hav to go with her on new year eve and quite frankly i am not so good dancer n its my first date with her n i want to make her please with my dance coz i love her n going to propose in future plz help.........

Sounds like this relationship is far along...guess first dance isn't most important thing.

Here's a hint. Be yourself. Tell her you really don't know how to dance, but are willing to learn! She can teach...fast dance move with the music, slow dance hold her close and let her move you. Dont make too much about it.
