ok so i met this guy when i went on vaction, this was a month ago. we have been keeping in touch but lately he hasnt been caling or texting as much anymore but he told me he is going to buy me a ticket to go visit for new years, but i have work, but lately when i ask him if he got the ticket or not he doesnt answer me, like two days ago he said he was having his brother get it, so i am not sure if i should just tell my work already i need it off or if i dont tell them i need it off and not go and then feel bad cuz i wasted his money on a ticket... im not sure whats going on here... help me!

Honey be safe, don't ruin your new year and stay home. He could be a rapist or a murderer or both!! Don't risk it.
I had a friend that met a guy got to know him for a month and they went out alone, she came back raped and emotionally murdered.
I hope you make the right choice sweetie! Good luck! I just smell something fishy is all. Not because of what happened to my friend but because of what you said about him.

Sorry but it does sound like you are wasting your time. There is no reason that if he likes you that much that he wouldn't be trying to call you or text you. Also I have to agree that I don't think that you should go to see him. If he wants you there then he would have bought you the ticket right away. From past experience having a relationship with someone who you don't know is never a good idea. Especially now a days you have no idea what kind of person they are. What ever you do BE CAREFUL!

You shouldn't hold your breath for the tickets. It sounds that what you had or thought you had with him is over and if you live far enough apart that it takes a plane to get you together then he probably don't even want a relationship with you, so do yourself a favor and get a jump on things and stay home for New Years

Sounds like he is not very clear with you. Lay it out for the guy ask him if he is gettin the ticket or where you want this relationship to go. If you don't commnunicate it won't work be clear and consise. And have a merry christmas and a happy new year.

Trust me on this and don't go. If he really wanted you there, he would have bought the ticket already and not be stalling. Don't take it to personally. Just a vacation romance.

Sounds like he's becoming disinterested. You should tell him that if he wants to see you he can come to you instead, then you don't need to feel guilty about the ticket.

don't waste your time because in my opinion if this man wanted to see you so bad he would have gotten the ticket when he mentioned it to you. sounds like he just got your hopes up for nothing

It sounds like he is avoiding the whole situation. You should just tell him that you need to know so you can let your work know. He should respect you enough to let you know, if not he's not worth your time.
