My sister always looks a hot mess!!? . She never fixes her hair, her clothes always has holes in them, she never brushes her teeth or takes care of her face or her nails. Theyre always dirty! She stinks all the time and She has funky feet and she smokes! I tried to fix her up but she refuses! People talk about her and she doesnt realize it. What can i do to convince her shes embrassing me and ruining my life too!!

First of all have you said to her all of this?, sister is Fam and if someone talks about my sister or brother, they got me to deal with ME, because ain't NO ONE talking about my Fam. Second, she is not you, me and my bro are completely different, from dress, to hygiene, to music. So let your sister figure out who she is, and what makes her happy. Last she can't "ruin" your life being the way she is right now. You are sounding real stuck up and type snob by your question. Why would you put your Fam on blast like that? Look Fam is all you got at the end of the day, you have to love and take care of them no matter what.

I believe that your sister has a very low self esteem and until that changes she will not alter her outward appearance. Try to find out why she feels the way that she does about herself. Maybe there has been some trauma in her life, or maybe an ongoing issue needs to be resolved. Validate her often and try to support her. In the end you may encourage her enough to at least try to improve herself...
