In a group setting or when we were communicating with a third party, he is the one dominating the conversation and I find little chance to talk. Sometimes I felt pretty left out in a way but yet to be polite, I usually try to put on a smiling front. I don't exactly like this kind of feeling and we are getting married soon. I'm afraid that this kind of feeling is going to stay. How can I overcome this problem?

Talk to him about it.

I'm not sure whether your problem is: a) you want to be more outgoing, b) you are jealous of your boyfriend's attention or c) you feel intimidated to talk because HE is talking so much. These are three very different things. I would talk to him at the right time one-on-one in a non-threatening non-judgmental way. Tell him what you told us --- you feel left out in social gatherings and what might he do or suggest to you to help you with this problem?

Tell him about this. Then ask him if next time you are in this setting he could maybe pull you into the conversation so you can get in there without feeling odd about it. If he's a good guy then he will be more than willing to help you get over your shyness.
Good luck.
