its healthy but water is healthier than anything else. If you want to reduce the fat than take it with lemon water. you will see the result in 3 days. Take it empty stomach

Also whenever you eat food, drink warm water with the food. It helps to digest fast and prevent all the stomach problems and heart problems.

The more fast food you digest, the less fat you get and the best way is to drink warm water or take green chines tea with any meal you take.

Stop coke or pepsi or any cold drink you take during meal.

You will see the effect in 6 days and i promise you

Honey has been used in many medical applications over the years, but recent studies are now able to prove its beneficial nature in some applications, including as antibacterial topical treatment for burns and ulcers.
The reason is because honey has osmotic properties; that is, it tends to withdraw water. Water molecules strongly react with the sugars in honey, leaving little water available for microorganisms. Thus, infection-causing bacteria is literally dehydrated to death by honey.

Enzymatic activities of honey also produce hydrogen peroxide, which generate highly reactive free radicals which kill bacteria, further contributing to its antibacterial properties.

Honey has also been used to successfully store skin grafts for up to twelve weeks. Lab tests have shown that different types of honey have differing antibacterial sensitivities, so research continues to determine which floral sources are most beneficial.

Yes is good, for the throat and healthy as well. But not overdose, it will make one fat. Add some lemon or lime will make the drink taste even better.

honey isn't bad for you. it's not the greatest thing for you, but compared to butter or jam, it's a much healthier alternative. it contains botulism spores, which are harmful to you if your immune system is weak, or you're a "senior citizen" or an infant.
