You can eat meat, fish, or crocodile any day of the week. Certain churches have some traditions about this, but you are not obligated unless you choose to be so.

I think it's fourteen when you have to start fasting, I'm an Italian Catholic, and hey! Lay off the Catholics at least we don't post 2/3rds of everything on yahoo! answers and answer every question with something religious on here. You ask what song was on the radio today and one of the born-again christians making remarks about catholics will say ask God. While thats nice, God isn't going to say that Tommy-two tone wrote 867-5309(Jenny). There's a time and place for everything.

Are you old enough to think for yourself? Then you are old enough to eat what you want when you want.Catholics haven't observed this rule for ages.I never heard of an exeption for age even when this rule was observed which is like 40+ yrs ago.

If you are UNDER a certain age. If you're under age 6 and haven't made your first communion yet, you can because you haven't officially committed to being Catholic. If you're ANY age with a health issue that requires allowing you to eat meat, you may.
