You are speaking about the virgin birth, not the immaculate conception.

The immaculate conception deals only with Mary's sinless conception in her own mother's womb.

The Catholic Church teaches that Jesus was born in a supernatural fashion, that Mary did not experience labor, that her hymen was kept intact, and that Mary was a virgin before, during, and after the birth of Christ.

The Bible infers these things, but doesn't go into detail.

The Catholic Chruch knows these things from the testimony of Jesus himself, and Mary herself, as faithfully preserved in the oral and written tradition.

The hymen was an outward sign that could prove in SOME way that no penetration occurred but sexuality doesn't just involve penetration. That being said, we know that it does not say that Mary had a sexual encounter with the Holy Spirit but became pregnant and gave birth. If a girl damages her hymen in an injury, that doesn't mean she is no longer a virgin, it means she damaged the tissue that "usually" indicates there has been no sexual contact.
That means Mary was still a virgin until she consumated the marraige with Joseph after the typical time of "cleansing" after having a baby.

First off a hymen can be broken many different ways other than sexual intercourse or in this case, the birth of a child. The simple act of riding a horse can cause a hymen to break.
To your answer, No, delivering her son, Jesus Christ did not cause him to take her virginity.

First of all it's called a miricale for a reason. Second of all immaculate conception means no sex was involved and God had a hand in this birth, which means that until Joesph and MAry had sex together AFTER Christs' birth she was still a virgin. Go to church and learn

Some women are born without hymens. It's genetic. I was.

Technically, you haven't lost your virginity until you've actually "layed" with a man.

But I really don't believe in the immaculate conception bull.

She was a virgin, giving birth is not the same as having sex, so no, Jesus didn't take her virginity. Joesph was told in a vision that Mary was impregnated by the Holy Spirit, so he took her as his wife and waited to have sex with her until after the child was born. Joesph was her first sexual experience.

Do you really think you can get an answer to that question?
BTW the immaculate conception is a catholic doctrine and has nothing to do with Jesus or Mary's conception of Him.

There is a debate about the OT prophesy that Christains use to proclaim a virgin birth. Scholars state that the Hebrew word used was "young" woman -- not "virgin" woman.
