That's a very good question. See me at the break, and I'll avoid answering it then, too. I'm a medical doctor but you've to consult your doctor baby.

There are several ways to help a scar stay more flexible including massage and skin softening creams. You have to stay out of the sun and really take care of the scar as it's forming. Compression therapy's are often very effective also. I put a link to some scar helpers! Good luck!

Hi

I had some rather unpleasant scarring which I used Bio Oil on. It is available from most chemists and works a treat. My scars are practically invisible now.

deep tissue massage with cocoa butter... it hurts pretty bad.. depending on the sensitivity of the scar, but i had foot surgery and it was really tough getting my feet flexible again, but part of my therapy was taking the cocoa butter and with your thumbs pressing firmly on the scar tissue in a circular motion.. it breaks up the tissue underneath, allowing for the flexibility, and the cocoa butter reduces the appearance of scars.

Ask your doctor about an exercise routine. Regular exercise, such as walking three times a week, may reduce neuropathy pain, improve your muscle strength and help control blood sugar levels. Gentle routines such as yoga and tai chi might also help.

Use pure Vitamin- e cream, 2-3 times a day, you will be amazed at the results, may take a few weeks but it will be worth it. You can also use the oil from a vitamin e capsule.
