Well, I am a 17 year old and I really like this guy (19), I'm from south america, but every year I go to the US, this year I met him, we dated for 2 months and I really think we are meant to be, or at least we have a chance to have a longterm realtionship, right now I'm in my country, we've been apart for 3 months now, and I'm going to the US again next year, to study, so that means that I'll be liveng over there. I know this guy likes me a lot, but it going to be a year apart, of course he studies and works so he doesn't have a lot of time to be dating, but he could... The question is, is it possible for him to wait, he knows i'm going back next year, but I don't know if there is a chance that he isn't interested anymore...
I really don't mind if he goes out and have fun and stuff but I don't want him to get over me, i want him to still like me when i go back...

Well, he might still like you by the time you go back. Just keep in touch with him until you can go back. That's about all you can do. If it works, that's good. If not, well, you didn't lose anything. Good night!

If he really likes you, he'll wait for you. If not, he wasn't the right guy.
