and if you look in the dictionary hard enough you will find some contraditions there as well.
But to answer your question, I do not see any contradiction in the Bible. Perhaps you can enlighten us?

Wow - you have stored up a hornet's nest! Okay -
1) The Bible holds the Word of God like the manger held Jesus. (Luther)
2) Contradictions? You wouldn't believe the # of mss. bits with verses/chapters on them. Think 13000! Monks would spend their entire life copying A Bible. A very rich man would think himself incredibly blessed to own a book of the Bible. Add some 1200 years in writing and then 15 centuries debating which books would get into the Bible. Stir w/ human ego and ambition and you'll find all sorts of things.
3) The contradictions occur because we are human and the Bible is written/copied/edited/read by humans. Errors occur.
4) Ignorance creates a large # of perceived errors. People try to read the Bible like a 3rd grade mathematics text. It is poetic, historical, theological, romantic, psychiatric, and needs to be read accordingly.
5) One of the answers says "God created good and evil" or some such and states that as a contradiction. It may be a challenge theologically, but it isn't a contradiction.

The king James edition of the bible is not the word of god, it is the word of the men who wrote it.
Most were born more than 100 years after the death of Christ except for the old testament which was written before the birth of Christ.
The Gospels were created to express the political mood of the day. Much of the bible was written and manipulated by the Church to control the population.
Over 40 Gospels have been tossed out or banned by the church. The Gospel of Mary Magdalane the Gospel of Judas the Gospel of Mary all are books of the bible that the church have tried to ban or destroy though out the ages.

How come there is so much immorality in the Quran. How come there are so many questionable instances of science in the Quran. How come you didn't mention an exact contradiction you'de like us to deal with. Ussually we get this question you just wrote, or one with 50 contraditions and why is that? Can't you just expect us to do one at a time?
EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT
You know how I ussually get you guys to loosen up and talk a little? I ussually tell you that you are hypocrites until you at least -attempt- to defend the Bible with the same attitude as you do the Quran. Otherwise, what is the point of you even being here if you're just going to ignore us? I'm fine with learning from you, if you'de at least refrain from ignoring me.

If you see contradictions in the Bible ask the Holy Spirit to resolve the apparent contradictions to you. The Holy Spirit is responsible for writing the Bible. You need spiritual understanding to know the Bible well. That is why God puts His Holy Spirit in us to make Him available for our consultation. However, many Christians have not made friend with the Holy Spirit and maintain an on-going relationship with Him. The fact that we need to do this is not taught in some churches aggravates the situation and promotes ignorance in spiritual matters. Not many know that we are grieving the Holy Spirit by ignoring His presence in us. Let us get to really know the Holy Spirit. Who is waiting for us with open arms.

God does not contradict himself so what you perceive as contradiction must be in the way that some person (perhaps even yourself) has interpreted his words. If you study the Bible in its entirety, you will find that God repeats himself over and over again so we get the point and nothing is left to be interpreted by humans--"interpretation belongs to God."

There are ALLEGED contradictions; most of them are based on interpretations.
And most do not claim they are without error except in the Original Manuscripts; however, extreme care was followed in copying the Scriptures and so there is no serious doctrinal errors in the copies (except when a copy/translation has been made by a denomination or cult that deliberately slants the text to their interpretation).

Your going to have to be specific. Many times when people see contradictions, it is not a contradiction at all but a missunderstanding on their part of christian doctrine, or the difference between the old and new covenants or a denial that God is not only perfect "love" but also perfect "just" and perfect "wrath". Seeing a one sided God leads to confusion and percieved contradictions.

Multiple authors, written about +100 years after Jesus' death, bad translations etc. Either that or its just God likes to change his mind sometimes. But that would mean God isn't perfect. And we need a perfect God otherwise how can we trust something that's not perfect?

To err is to be human, and humans wrote the documents used to publish the christian's bible, is how I would answer your question.
