My wife took it to the vet, and he said it was like a pimple. he popped it and pulled some stuff out of it and said use acne stuff on it. so about a week or two later, we were going to apply some stuff last night and noticed their was some stuff inside the small hole that the vet made from before. we ended up taking out some white substance, then it sealed up and started to get red, and created a bump. we applied some prioxide and let it be for the night. after checking it tonight, it seems it got a tad bigger and the bump is harder like it has more pressure inside it. please supply some advice. thx

put some hot packs on it for about 15 minutes and than apply a good antibiotic cream. do this a few times a day also if no better take him back in and see if it has all drained well and do keep the area clean and allow it to drain. you may not want it to scab over until all that is out. this is why the hot moist rags will help open it up

well i dont know a great deal about cats health but i do know about larger animals. I looked after a horse and he had bumps all over his body. We tried everything. It ended up being a type of insect bite that actually had an egg lay ed inside. We washed the hose with anti bacterial wash and gave him herbal drops. This done the job. The best thing to put on it however would be Manuka honey. Peel back the scab and apply it several times a day. That should do the trick.
