That is not possible. Humankind is evolving en mass. However, studies done by non-theists and theist researches alike indicates that atheists are more intelligent than the average person. These findings have been consistent for 70+ years. In general they are also more educated than the general population. I don't think you understand the theory of evolution.

Atheists, unlike those that believe in gods, must be more thought out than the latter. It is a shame that now...some believers now tote the flag of Creative Design by saying that God created Evolution. These people that understand the facts of Evolution cannot give up their slavemaster. They are comforted in this.

I don't. I am an Atheist, but I also study sociology a little. There will always be "movements" in thoughts and religions and there is nothing we can do to change that. If Atheism took over tomorrow, what’s to say it wouldn't be replaced by something new a few decades after that. Happens all the time.

Carl Sagan once said that "Science has carried the human self-consciousness to a higher level." Science evolves, religion is forever stuck in the past.

hmmm... No I don't think so. My mother is a Christian and never took me to Church unless I asked her and never preached to me. I was able to do what I wanted and think freely as I grew up. As an adult I decided upon Christianity even though my father is atheist. My husband is also atheist... I don't judge and I read the bible and take what I need from it and I study science and take what I want from that as well.

There are lots of reason a person becomes an atheist, search for knowledge is one of them. But also some young people become atheist just to p1ss of their parents. There are some of them on this site.

It is a possibility but i dont think soo we all have free thinking and us athiests just choose to think there is no god and the chritians and what not think that theyre is.So no i dont believe we are more evolved.
