Just ask him out, guys dig girls that do that. Pick a movie you know he would want to see, and say that you are going to go see it next weekend and wanted to know if he wants to come. Worst thing that happens is he says no and then you never have to see him again... ever!

well first of all how old is this boy? I'm 16. i would just ask him if he minds me hanging out with you if not that's fine. Just tell him that you are really bored and want to hang out with someone then u might get him.
