I cannot give a dollar amount, nor do I care to look for one, however these are a few I've run across...
Before I start, I am not anti-imigration, but I am anti sneaking unlawfully into another country's border, and expecting to be hailed as the conquering hero. Just do it by the book.
The ccosts...
Extra drain on an educational system that is already weak...
2nd language books.
Teachers have to be trained in another language. Teachers spend almost as much time adapting as teaching, because its like the UN...everything has to be repeated to keep everyone on the same. So only 1/2 of the material can be covered well. Also since the illegal's family doesn't supply supplies for their children, the citizen child's supplies have been known to redistributed at the parents' or teacher's own expense.

Medical facilities are having to shell out care and treatment for free...no...wait. The 'free' med-care results in higher fees being charged to citizens and their insurance companies, or the state treasury. OH! There goes an increase in insurance premiums and another increase in taxes. Both of these again stick it to the citizen while the illegals slide on the free.

The flow of illegals (from any country) results in the increase of the INS payroll which increases the federal budget. Yes, more taxes.

Now there is the expense of the wall along the southern border. Yup, more taxes. However the wall will not be solid. It will be built in 'hot spots' which will in time be walked around like the barriers already in use. And even if the wall were solid the INS cannot hire enough manpower to patrol the entire border effectively. But then there are the tunnels which have been used to transit drugs for decades.

Yup, illegal immigration contributes to the drug problem, which puts a drain on the courts, the police, and the hand-out funding from state or federal goverments. Also the drug treatment in the hospitals and clinics. beople and property violated by crime to pay for the drugs. MORE TAXES!! How many more US criminals could be housed in prison if the illegals weren't filling up the cells? We could have inmates serving full sentences rather than turning out serious badguys on parole and probation.

In recent years illegals have been recruited to vote illegaly in our elections. Don't tell me that this isn't scary. I won't say which party usually does this to the DEMOCRATic process. Its a shoddy way to get votes. Oh yes, the public assistance that illegals are able to get are supported heavily by the unnamed party. Oh come on look at the block voting pattern.

The added expense of publishing all government publications in all represented languages.
After getting the freebies the illegals do not pay taxes.
The unbridled wave also provides access to our nation by potential terrorists. Middle eastern illegal entry has been heaviest at the southern border since the 80's. If you can smuggle drugs across...you can smuggle anthrax, or even e-coli and introduce it into the food supply working along the side of Latins. Need I remind you of the TACO BELL e-coli scare. Its a possibility. A test run? Ok probably not. Oh yes . This causes Homeland Security to beg for more money. TAXES!!

I think thats enough for now. Fill out the papers and don't spend the rest of your life looking over your shoulder. It just strikes me as ironic that illegals want to come to America for freedom and equality, and break the law every day that they are in the US, and cry that they are treated like criminals.

with free housing, free health care, free education to not only the school kids but also college kids, free welfare..thie increase in crime..they take well paying jobs away from qualified people who really need it to support the family (which will shoot the welfare rate up even more), they are taking social security from those who need it and actually paid into it..They drive on our highways unisured and have wrecks which kill people or /and drive our insurance rates up..drugs, etc. Not only do the kids get free education but now our American kids can't get the education they deserve and that our taxes pay for because the teachers spend so much time trying to work one on one with illegals kids who can't even speak English..I wonder why they can't learn..Teachers jobs are hard enough. Now they are making our kids learn a foreign language before they can graduate..and it's their country..I don't think you can actually put a costs on illegal immigration. but I can tell guarantee you that it's a whole lot more than the Americans could ever imagine it would be

Illegal immigration has no costs for Mexicans because they just cross the border. For other aliens just like entering through airlines, the cost is more than those that enter legally because they buy documents from syndicates.

The illegals argue that they are benefiting society because they pay back into the economy by the taxes they pay when they work. But in California for every dollars they pay in taxes they take 9 dollars in welfare, education, and health care. Not only that they do identity theft to get identification and social security.

The cost is a future of a great nation, Just as Rome fell from glory so shall the States, hopefully when the dictatorship is formed it will be based on the sovereign rights of its citizens.

I'll tell you one cost they don't think of. That's the price all the good, honest, decent people coming here from Mexico LEGALLY to have to suffer because of a few who are here illegally.
