Yes.
Step 1: Get a cucumber.
Step 2: Slice the shells of it, (the dark green part,) in more thin but also thick pieces.
Step 3: Get a contatiner (not too big,) and put ice cold water in it. May even put a tiny bit of ice.
Step 4: Put the slices in the container and put in freezer for 5-10 minutes.
Step 5: Take the slices out of the container and put some on your face - especially under the eyes. This will make your face feel refreshened and cool.
Step 6: Rub around face (if you also have pimple problems,) or under eyes to let the juices disolve into your face.
Step 7: Try to do this daily. It really works. I do this every day.
Hope I solved your problem! ;)

Ok I have 2
1.)Treatment for Dark Under Eye Circles
Grated potatoes can lighten under-eye circles. Potatoes contain an enzyme called catecholase, which is used in cosmetics as a human skin lightener.
Run one spud through your food processor and stuff the raw mash into a piece of cheesecloth.
Apply to the area directly beneath your eye — don't let the potato juice come in contact with the eye itself — and leave for 15 to 20 minutes.
2.)Run water on a cold spoon and then freeze it . When its frozen put it under your eye

if u have a very sheer red (non-sticky) lipstick, smudge a little on top of the bags. then right after, put concealer and foundation on top of the lipstick. it really works. or u can try taking a pinkish shimmer cream eye shadow and rub a little on the bags and in the inside corners of ur eyes. the shimmer reflects the light so ur bags don't look so "sunken in". or another thing u could do is use a sheer yellowish concealer and put that on the bags. then put normal concealer over that. i always have bags under my eyes...so believe me, i know alot about this subject.

As wierd as it sounds, Preperation H cream..make sure you buy the cream, not the ointment. The ointment is too oily to put on your face.
But Preperation H works wonders. I am a model and I swear by it for all my photoshoots! Just only use a tiny dab under each eye.
You can also try cold spoons, but they tend to only be effective for very short periods of time.

I've had them every since I was a young child and I've tried everything in the book to get rid of them. Then I grew to accept them. Nobody's perfect. Not even the celebrities you see on TV. They're human, too.

Either use a lighter toned foundation, or use a concealer or use white/really light coloured eye shadow on the bags. But please remember to blend in with the rest of your make-up.

I use Bare Essentials Caulk or whatever. I asked my mom for guidance on it and she gave me that. I draw it on the dark circles and they disappear for the whole day. I am thin-skinned though, so I don't know if it would work for you. Good luck!
