He keeps staring at me , but when i smile at him he doesn't look away but just keeps looking at me, not meanly. but he doesn't really smile. i do like him but i haven't been acting wierd.

ok... so what to do... the next time you catch him staring smile and if he doesnt have any reaction to that then mouth hi or wave. it will definitely catch his attention and cause some flirtation in the air.
