The ANSWER is NO! What you need to do is start using Nioxin, which is sold in Salons or at Ulta three. It helps both men and women with thinning hair. It is not Rogain, so no need to worry. It makes sure the hair follicle is clean and therefore, allows it to grow more healthy. They also have vitamin treatments you can use on your hair as well.
Good Luck!

It really depends on how old you are. My mother shaved my brothers hair when he was a kid and it grew back very thick indeed. But if your heading toward 30 go seek a specialists advice. Also if your parents had thin hair then you probably inherited the thin hair gene. There are also many vitamin supplements that may help.

No. Removing the hair by its root will generally cause the hair to grow back finer and lighter
ie: Shaving your legs routinely over a long period the hair grows back darker and more corse. But if you wax your legs routinely it takes longer to grow back and when it does its lighter in colour and generally soft and fine.

it will not grow back thicker, shaved (or waxed) hair that grows back looks thicker simply due to an optical illusion. since it is all growing back at the same time and pace, it will appear to be thicker. dont pluck all your hairs, that will be a long, painful night.

No, and please don't do that. It won't grow more hair and it may just kill the follicles you do have if you keep it up.
Other than having hair transplanted, there's no way to increase the number of follicles in your scalp.

No, it will only have the effect of possibly damaging the skin. The only thing you can do is live with it.
