Why do men say they are gonna call at a certain time and then never call??

I guess it really depends on the guy. Some guys make it a game and you should move on. Some guys really are busy and won't give a specific time to call, they just say they will give you a call soon. I personally don't give a specific time, but when I do I will call. The guys that call when they say they do have integrity and somehow are labeled as too nice becaues they always call when they say they do. I guess you're gonna have to blame this one on the girls, because so many girls want the bad boy attitude and the really nice guys don't get the attention they want so they don't call everytime they say they will. It's really screwed up, but that's the way it seems to be most of the time. Don't wait for him to tell you he will call. Next time tell him you will call him soon and then you will be the one in control. Flip the script and you will be in a better postition to get what you want, but be prepared to call when you say you are going to call.

Sometimes guys say things when the mood and everything is right and then later, they 2nd guess themselves. They may think that you might not really care whether he calls you or not. Maybe he's not sure he impressed you enough and he loses his confidence. It's not always a negative thing. Why do girls always assume the bad thing and put the guy down if he gets too shy to call you? If you want to talk to the guy, why don't you call him.

Because we cant wait on you hand and foot. Why dont you call the dude instead? You seem to be comfortably waiting for a call while this guy could be busy anyways.

they dont like you, are busy, playing the game, or want you to call, or haha make you wonder " doesnt he like me, doesnt he care" and then ask on yahoo questions. also when he does call you will be all excited...play the game back...when he calls...dont sound all super happy...make it a short conversation say oh im busy ill call you back..lemme get ur number...then wait a few days...if hes interested he'll be like OH HI! when u call him

my boyfriend does that sometimes...he said he doesnt like talkin on the phone. maybe he forgot to call u, men forget stuff easily. maybe he got nervous and chickened out. maybe he just had nothing to say. maybe someone else was using his phone and he couldnt call u. i dont kno.

We forget or we accidentally called that other girl. It's just a game don't be worried about it and find someone else who will actually call you.

i cant speak for all but sometimes Im just feeling like I have no feeling of "caring for me" comeing from anywhere but within and sometimes that flame isnt burning that bright

thats just how guys are.. they go with the flow.. usually they do.. i dont know where ur gettin it from.. unless ur in a deep relationship.. never count on them ;)
