ginger or cinnamon.
Also a little bit of sage is nice-but not too much-I'd go with fresh sage.
Some fresh Thyme.

Add vanilla ice cream or vanilla frozen yogurt (1/2 cup per drink)and cinnamon (1/4 tsp per drink) to your apple/ice blend for a delicious apple pie drink. Whip in a blender until frothy, and pour into a tall glass.
