I'd like to spoon with you, is what my great great grandfather use to tell my great great grandmother when he would go over to her house to take her out on a date and do a little hugging a smooching. Ever watched the TV show called Beverely Hillbillies, that should give you a idea.

It usually means that he wants to lay next to you...your back against the front of him. I never heard of a guy asking that before, so maybe he is hoping it will lead to something else. ??
